Ryan Barry brings more than 25 years of hands‑on construction leadership to CCE, with experience spanning project management through senior field leadership on complex, high‑stakes projects. Over his career, he has led multiple $100M+ programs and helped oversee portfolios totaling over $1B in active work, often being brought in when schedules, costs, or teams needed to be stabilized. Known for being able to step into difficult situations and achieve successful outcomes, Ryan is driven by CCE’s core values, his ability to focus on untangling what’s actually happening, and helping teams move forward with clarity and discipline.
